We deliver to Sydney Metro using refrigerated trucks with our products packaged insulated boxes which are designed to keep the product at proper temperatures for up to 5.5 hours from delivery.   Can you specify a delivery time? there will be nobody at my place during the day (Happy for the box to be left on the porch) - so if delivery is in the morning - the meat will not last until I get home at 6.30pm

    Two delivery times available 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm. The insulated box has a shelf life of 5 1/2 hours and the driver can all on approach.

  I find it amusing and slightly disturbing that there is such a massive (2 paragraph) speil about the STOCK STANDARD polystyrene box.

  But no information whatsoever about the 5.5kg of meat. Anyway, let's break it down:

  2kg of mince (in 2 different formats)
  1kg of offcuts
  1kg of rump
  1.5kg of sirloin
  1 lamb rack (what's that, 250g?)

  So, what's the deal? what's the saving?

    The saving compared to what? Grain fed hormone boosted beef that you buy in supermarkets or compared to similar hormone free, grass fed beef from butchers? Compare apples to apples and its a deal.

  I too bought from the deal last week. Quite impressed so far, and of course alot nicer than my usual coles meat. The big ricks sauce was very tasty too, although we are 1/4 of the way through the meat and the sauce is about finished!

  Also, how about providing prices per kilo? I prefer to cut my own meat if buying in Bulk…

    We are working on new packs all the time and have a couple on the way. However, we are happy to swap product for something else to the same value should there be something on the site you would prefer. Everything is worked out to a kilo price but some individual items such as steaks are priced to a portion cut weight, hence the each price.
