Anyone have any cheap websites for Tabasco like sauces? (So a thin strongish sauce often in a medium sized bottle)
I go through around one a week so happy to buy 50-100 at a time.
Just a bit sick of paying $4 a week for my Tabasco and I like a variety so don't mind similar style ones even if they are quite different.
Rooster sauce is the best.
Make sure you buy Huy fongs brand, I haven't liked any of the other brands as much as theirs.

Yep that's also a good idea. Currently I throw out a lot of chillis from our bushes. Part of the reason it's quite hard to copy the unique Tabasco is, as they mention, they sit in Oak Barrels for 3 years.
But given the amount of chilli sauce I go through and the fact I like different flavours I probably should make some to alternate with and save some money :)
