    Hi, how did you get the $10 credit in your account?
    the company e-mails but I canot see if they leave a $10 credit in your account (as the e-mail implies) or if a code is required.

      Once you register, they will send you an email with the promo code. You need to enter the promo code at checkout to get $10 off. If you can't see the promo code in your email, then email them. (I had to do this as well, I thought they would've fixed it after me). Anyway, they will manually send you a unique code pretty quickly.
