It was in the news that Sony is giving away $10 credit to PSN members.
just login to PSN & check message from sony in inbox.
Everyone is getting?
Mod: I am not sure it's a deal or not. If not then can you please keep it on front page for a while & then move it to forum. So this news can reach to many OzB users.

Update: I have got $10 in my Aus account, still waiting for US account. I haven't spent any thing on either account. It seems Sony is giving $10 in batches. So better to wait for a day or two without getting disappointed.

  Seems to be just US accounts at the moment and not everyone is getting it. I've checked my US account, no money.

  Its only for some users. Not really a deal as you have to have met certain conditions to get the $10 credit. I believe its based around how much money you have spent on the PSN already. Thats what IGN believes.

    IGN know jack, they are just guessing. I have two accounts in US. One I've spent over $250 on never got anything, the other I have spent $20 on got it late yesterday.

      True, it seems to be really random and no set rules (yet) about who gets the $10

  Doubt it's how much you've spent on PSN over the lifetime of the account.

  One of my PSN accounts has well over 100 bought games and has about another 3 years of PSN+ subscription.

  No free $10 credit.
