Suggestion for the site. Users total saving from Freebies and purchases

Hi All,
Like many Ozbarginers, I have saved heaps on free offers and discounted purchases because of this site. Is it possible to incorporate in posts a highlight of "savings so far", through e.g gravtar or User Profile infomation?

    savings against what? over-inflated RRPs or retailers' "suggested RRPs"?
    too hard.

    I'd suggest many users have spent far more on impulse buys than they might have saved on stuff they really needed…..

    You can use the Add to Folders link at the bottom of each deal and create a savings list (either public or private). See here

    Im scared and excited by the idea the site would tell me how much i've spent, or saved. However the problem with RRPs is they're always overinflated. EG - a logitech retail price is generally 50% of what they say the RRP is on their website (and that's before a special!)
