Blu-Ray player with 3D and wifi for $150 or under?

Hello OzB's. I'm on the hunt for a Blu-Ray player with 3D and wifi for $150 for my lovely In-Laws who have a new LG passive 3D LCD TV.

I missed out on this bargain:

Most reports for Bluray players describe them as generally sluggish to start up and play and so I'd be keen to have one from a well known brand that was quick to startup. Note I'm not interested in browser/youtube functions, but streaming over wifi from another computer on the network would be good.

Any suggestions for a model with similar specs to the samsung?
