Call of Duty: Black Ops (1) - Best price? - PC

Hello everyone!

Been looking out for a cheap copy of Black Ops - walking past my local JB I saw it for $28 in their current sale.

I haven't seen it on many digital download sites at all, let alone on sale. Aside from Steam and retail stores I've got no price to gauge if it's a "good deal". Is that about the best sort of price I'm going to be able to pick it up today? Even Amazon has it $25.99 which would invlove setting up a fake US account anyway which I can't really be fussed with at the moment.

So all in all I am thinking the $28 from EB is actually a decent price considering I can just waltz in a grab a physical copy and all. Does anyone know of a better price?

    Well that was odd, posted an Amazon link and it got auto removed.

    You have another option which is to buy a Steam Key from online key sites.

    Prices range from $17 to $20 onwards.

    Amazon is actually the cheapest place to source the English version of the game ($25 right now).

      I swore off cd key sites about a year ago, got stung twice in a row by 2 different sites. Skyrim and modern warfare 2. Skyrim was a russian VPN activated one that would require a VPN everytime you played it (said one time VPN activation.. grr). Eventually got fed up with it and emailed steam support kindly asking they removed it so I could purchase it legit, which they did and which I did. Ended up getting the Elder Scrolls Collection on sale :D. Modern warfare's key I received was already used and had to jump through hoops for 2 - 3 weeks to get a refund, ended up opening a dispute on paypal in the end. Haven't even looked at a CD key site since no matter how cheap the deals come up on here :(.
