DDR (PC2700/PC3200) Ram, and Internal IDE Hard Drive (Help!)

Hey guys, im upgrading two of my computers, and i currently need

1x 512mb stick of PC2700
2x 1gb sticks of PC3200

Also need an internal IDE hard-drive [preferably] 7200rpm or above, but am looking for the best deal under $100 (closer to $60 or so though)

    have a look on techspace.com.au
    they print the old computer trader newspaper and run the swap meets in melbourne, usually have legacy stuff for cheap.

      Don't think PC2700 or 3200 are so outdated they're not available on eBay.

      Check StaticIce too.

    I need to buy a PC133 SO-DIMM to upgrade a friend's laptop, and that's called outdated… Seriously, where else should I look for cheap PC133 SO-DIMM besides eBay?

      Somewhere that sells new computers :p That machine that runs PC133 would be > 5 years old!
