Leather sole shoe repair! MELBOURNE

Hi guys, I have a pair of Ted Baker shoes that cost me near 200 pounds last year that after a few months of wear have a gaping big hole in the leather sole.

Have looked around at a few places who are quoting $80 to $100 for repair - seems a bit steep!

Anyone know of a cheap repair guy that may get me a few more wears out these?

Regards,

  • The is a little hole-in-the-wall shoe guy in the wasteland/trainstation side of Flinders St, at the end of Queen St. You need rubber half soles to protect the leather. But if you have worn through it may be too late…

    • Might be to late, happened without we even noticing - bit disappointing.

I will go have a look for this bloke and see if he can help me out.

  • There is place on Collins Street on the paris end a few doors left from Collins Quarter. Don't have the exact address but they specialise in high end shoes. I been advised by Bally to take mine there as that is the place to go for high end shoes. I paid around $500 for my Bally's and had them for 6 years so totally worth the extra penny.
