  It may be one of those things you find conflicting reports on I haven't spent enough time on it. I am happy to stand corrected however I would avoid during pregnancy as safe use for vanadium added to foods cannot be established.Vanadium i works with chromium to support healthy blood sugar levels. I guess just "ask your health care professional" as they say.
