    Currently negging this deal due to the lack of info available on the website. Will gladly revoke my neg if the rep can answer these questions.

    1) Where are you based? Australia, China, India? Just strange you are posting in USD with no mention of where you are based.
    2) How long would shipping take? What services are available (Standard, express, registered)? Why is this not clearly stated?
    3) How can we contact you? The contact us page leads to a "fatal error" page.
    4) Your terms and conditions and privacy policy pages look like templates and have no actual information. Can you explain why this is the case?

    It's a good price I'll admit that, but as it is I don't feel particularly safe giving you my details.

    Edit: Found a gmail address for a contact address. Not really reassuring to see but that could be just me.

      1. We're based in India, sorry about not posting location yet.
      2. We have 2 shipping options. Standard takes 2-4 weeks mostly, Expedited takes 5-15 days.
      3. Yea I'm aware of the error, we're fixing it. More than a fix we're modifying it to be user friendly to be honest
      4. I'll use this point to answer the lack of info over the website. This is a new venture, I won't lie. So we're slowly updating everything. Yes we may appear to be progressing at a slow speed but we conduct our business at a very fast pace. I'll gladly answer all your queries that you can write here or mail to [email protected] till our website is completely updated :)

      Lastly, I understand your concern and I hope I've done enough to get you to revoke the neg.

        A new venture? You first posted almost a whole year ago (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/65900), and the same issues I brought up here can be found on your first post. e.g. Unsecured checkout page

        That has given you at least a year to fix this so this claim of this being a "new venture" is unacceptable in my opinion.

        Sorry but I will not be revoking the neg based on this reply.

          This is slightly hard to explain but the site is not handled by the guys who posted that one year ago.

          We've had a good couple of orders from the good people on the forums here and I guess you can check for their feedback once we complete their orders?

          It's gonna take a bit longer to update the pages as you'd like, so I'm not sure how I can assure you meanwhile

          So you took over this business from the previous owners, who also sold you the login details of the ozbargain account with a questionable history in terms of how it dealt with genuine questions from members?

          The lack of any proper terms and conditions and other important information is an absolute deal breaker for me. There isn't an excuse that would allow you to justify operating this business without this information.

          good god man, why would you let your customers know you find it a chore to satisfy thier demands of your business? Sure you may not be able to satisfy everyone with your answer, but atleast make an effort to be transparent…

        How on earth does it take 2-4 weeks and 5-15 days to deliver a KEY?

        A key should take no more than 12-24 hours to e-mail to the purchaser and ideally no more than 4 hours if you're searching for repeat business.

          That was for boxed copies. Keys are delivered within hours. Even though we've mentioned 24-48 hours, ideal turnaround time is 4-8 hours.

          Thing is, someone here asked how long does shipping take, I replied to that. No one ever asked how long does delivery of keys take. You did and I replied.

    According to ZeuS Tracker, this IP (111.90.133.91) is currently blacklisted (https://zeustracker.abuse.ch/blocklist.php?download=ipblockl…).

    The same IP previously hosted emylosy.com, currently showing as "This Account Has Been Suspended"

    However, the only reports I can see are from ZeuS Tracker, so take this with a grain of salt, and factor in submitter's comments about site history.

    ZeuS Tracker :: ZeuS blocklist

    "With the ZeuS Tracker you are able the generate a IP- and domain-blocklist that contains all IPs / domains which are currently used as Command&Control server (C&C) by the ZeuS crimeware."

    Submitter should take it up with ZeuS blocklist if these details are false or misleading.

    In all honesty, I actually appreciate the feedback. This helped bring forward the issues and we're definitely working on fixing them first. If someone wants to point something else out, we're listening. Even features would do. all feedback is appreciated
