Coffs Harbour

Gonna be spending a week in Coffs Harbour over Easter… does anyone have any local tips or inside knowledge of the best things to do? Places to eat? Ways to get discount codes? etc etc :)

I have already downloaded the 101 things to do in Coffs voucher book from the CoffsCoast website which has a bunch of useful deals, but nothing replaces the knowledge of a local :)

      Oh dear…

  • I thought there was only one thing to do in Coffs Harbour. Silly me.

We used to stop in Coffs overnight every time we drove to and from Quuensland. Every time we'd have dinner from Caz Mineo's Italian Restaurant, which was great. Unfotunately it closed down - if any local knows if they've moved, tell me!

Coffs has some nice hippie-style markets in the park near the beach on Sundays. Great for brekkie too - a bacon and egg roll and a nice chai.

In the area there's Sawtell - lovely seaside town - and Bellingen - lovely country town, with some fancy restaurants, a good pub, and a great gelato shop.

Apparently Dorrigo is lovely. Woolgoolga has a good beach and heaps of cafes, sikh temple and lots of blueberries (in season). Emerald Beach has a great cafe/restaurant.

(As you can see, we spent each visit just eating, it seems!)

    Hope this helps.

    • Thanks heaps :)

  • Where did you get the voucher book?
Heading to Coffs in April. Have downloaded the '101' app and online book, dont see any voucher book on the website?

Since youve obviously been, what are your reccomendations??
