I was looking at both TVs and the deciding factor for me was the Toshiba has headphone out.

  What I like about the Toshiba is the 2 yr warranty and it has a "User" mode picture setting (Dynamic / Standard / Mild / Movie / User) which might be even more useful to gamers to get input lag down compared to Panasonic's "Game" setting (Dynamic, Normal, Cinema, True Cinema, Game)
