Prescription Glasses Online

what's the best to go about this? I wear multifocal/progressive lens with -0.75 for distance and 0.75 for close vision. However, I don't have the Pupil distance (PD). How should I go about measuring it? Or should I just ask my optometrist? Could I just go to any optometrist and ask them to measure the distance for me?

Does anyone know anything about needing a near PD and a far PD?

Thanks for any input

  • I ordered progressives for my mother from clearlycontacts and she was happy with the result.
SpecSavers will test your eyes and bulk bill, and give you a copy of your current script.

No idea about near/far PD since I don't wear glasses

get someone to take a photo of your looking straight ahead from a couple of metres away with a ruler under your eyes. measure left/right from ruler in photo.

i've used zennioptical a few times but i only have a simple single-vision prescription. i have no idea how a progressive lense prescription would turn out from any online supplier.
