Durable in-ear headphones?

Hi fellow OzBargainers,

I'm looking to buy a new pair of in-ear headphones after my cheap brainwavz beta broke only after a few months..

i'm looking for a decent pair with flat cable which would hopefully be more durable.
Budget is around $50 - 100. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys~

  • I have had amazing results with Ultimate Ears by logitech. I have only used the cheaper models but they have amazing build quality and have yet to have a pair break. By far the best bang for your buck in my opinion

  • meelectronics is also pretty good. check them out, and definitely in your budget

    • meelectronic definately have excellent build quality, though I generally dont like their sound signature. Try VSonic GR06, which sound amazing and are known for their build quality. No flat cable though, not many do.

  • Try them Munitio billets(Call of Duty)…..I had the same problem cuz i use them while running or at gym and none of the earphones every past 3-4 months…..The Munitio's are workign fine and its around 6 month now cuz they enclosed in an aluminum cast ….. they were on COTD for around $ 30 and from ebay US for about $ 27 with shipping…..

    • lol same here I wore mine while running on the treadmill. prob not the best idea..
does any1 own a pair with flat cable? want to know if it makes any diff cuz all my prev headphones broke due to the cable

      • As far as I know it just gimmick, but helps with cord tangle. Beats have a flat cable if that's your main requirement.

  • i use Sennheiser PMX 680, last pair i had lasted about 9 months. they come with a two year warrently, which is nice.

  • +1
    • A bit over OPs budget.

  • if you want real convenience then consider the sony exercise mp3 players sorry don't know the model number but I've used them for over 2-3 years running/jogging/at the gym/weights etc no problems, sweat, water, sun, stuck in a bag for a year, etc etc.
