I had no problems on the last GHD deal from them.
Their customer service usually takes awhile but are helpful.
My package got lost and and they resent my order after filling out a form no questions.
Ordered a similar GHD kit (my one came in a big red box) about 6 months ago for the same price - arrived fine and within time. Would order from them again despite the reviews.
