No it comes with protective packaging. Just not the fancy retail packaging.

sorry guys i had someone write that up for us. its basically saying for the first 30 days we take care of the warranty. After that its the manufactures warranty. For example Logitech UE Boombox, we give 30 days warranty from our end, after that its 1 year from logitech
