I'm no audiophile so can't comment with knowledge on the sound quality but their customer service is really very good.

I got 2 earphones in a lucky dip sale they ran, one was this set and another was a cheaper model. This set failed within 5 or so months, the cheaper set was DOA but I didn't know that until some 6 months after the purchase as I hadn't opened them. I notified them of this for their own quality control but never asked for a refund, replacement, etc. They replied apologetically and organised replacements for both sets, no further questions asked.

  • I bought two pairs of the M9P from the promo a while back. They are well built and sound great… They have replaced my ATH-CK1's which replaced a set of sennheiser's as my compact headphones for the days when I can't be arsed carrying my HD25's or M50's. Great for the money

  • Tempted to get pair of these, sick of replacing the cord for my UE's at 30 odd bucks a pop >_>

  • Seems like a good deal, just bought a pair. Will do nicely for my new Nexus 4. Thanks op
