  that seems a bit much. anyway, the code only works on items over $40. i've bought a sixth scale figure and the postage was only around $23. with the $25 off it still comes in at less than the price of buying from elsewhere.

  sounds about right. the hat will probably be packed in a box, and boxes are charged by volumetric weight. even shipping by USPS 1st class International, it can get pricey. so the value of the item is irrelevant.
