Seems like an ok deal, although I struggled to find a review of it and the sony website lists it as discontinued.
The main downside I notice is the 1366x768 resolution, however it's 13.3in with touch so sort of makes up for it?

I would be looking at the deals on the ThinkPad Edge S430.
Would never recommend a 1366x768 screen - I have one on my current 13.3" display and find it annoying.
Edge S430 has discrete graphics and a 14" 1600x900 display for $850 incl. delivery.
Choose the 128GB SSD upgrade for $127 extra.
