Cheap unlimited broadband ISP

Hello,
I am currently moving into a new townhouse and need to get the internet connected.
I was looking for a cheap unlimited plan with no shaping, and fast speeds.
I wont need to make calls on a land line and there is currently not one set up but I believe I have to set one up for broadband?
I live on the gold coast in the city but generally considered metro area for some reason.
