Whats a good Home Theater Amp for around the $300 mark?

After a amp for my home theater so i can get the best out of my speakers.

Whats a good one for around $300. My TV has HDMI ARC so would like an amp with this

I mainly watch TV and Blurays. I also need the amp to be able to handle 3D movies.

Do you just want the Amp, or do you need speakers too ?

JB have a Sherwood one for $277 which is just the Amp
