  'Best meal on Fitzroy St in ages' - this restaurant is nowhere near Fitzroy St. Other reviews are good though. Nice deal.

  How does this work? There's no coupon or anything to ensure you'll pay the special price.
  What if they charge the normal price? Do I charge out of the restaurant like a cheap bastard thief?

    I'm going there tonight so hopefully they do charge me the special price.
    It's written on the booking email I have that there was the special.

    I just got a call from the restaurant 5 minutes ago telling me that there is a function on tonight and they will have to move us to an outside table.
    Not ideal given it's a miserable 16 degrees in Melbourne right now, add on top of that the bay side windchill factor.
    As if they didn't know there was a function on earlier to be able to inform me.

    Not a good start to this restaurant experience.
