I recently saw someone mention that they get alerted if an ozbargain deal get 50 or more positive votes.
I can't find the post again but it seems like a handy thing.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
And is there a way to get notified for updates to a realestate website such as realestate.com? One which alerts you if there is a new house listing in a certain suburb?

Currently you get immediate email notification if you have subscription on category level or on store level. Go to the category pages or store pages and you should be able to find a "Subscribe" link that you can click on and you will get emails on every post made.
Alternatively, you can follow @ozbargain on Twitter which would tweet every deal.
For popular deals (+50 votes) they will be sent to our Facebook feed.
