Just found this voucher on livngsocial and am planning to take my mum on a murray river paddle boat this year. I was looking for Victoria as it is closer as I am in Sydney and this a long way to drive. Anyway this seems like a good deal, so may question is can I trust living social, what do you think?

It is a five hour cruise. I wouldn't plan an interstate trip around that deal.
yes, I do realise it is only 5 hours but it is something my mum has always wanted to do, and never got there, thinking we could use up a week in the school holidays or just after.
There are multi day cruises out of Murray bridge. Maybe you could take her on one of those if it is something she always wanted to do. Half of the time of this cruise will be fluffimg about.
Maybe it's just me but I am always disappointed by these daily deal travel deals…
Bought heaps of deals from them and never had an issue.
Did not buy this offer as the idea of driving to SA was to much for her, so now I am looking for something closer to Sydney. Please let me know if you know of something and thanks for your suggestions
Hi hsk, take at look at allthedeals and dealscollect, there are always cruises in Sydney on them, I have done a few dinner and drinks cruises, and a girls night only cruise through these and always been great value.
thanks, but mum wants to go on the Murray river and on a paddle boat, as she is in her 80's I am trying to work this out for her, without it being a very very long trip from Sydney. I will check allthedeals and dealscollect as you suggest who knows what I may find.

i've used livingsocial plenty of times with no issues. wilsons parking, massage/day spa for the missus, resturants.
I find that if something does go wrong, 95% of the time it's the provider of the voucher, not the deal company itself.
