Conveyancer Required for Purchase of Land (VIC) - Recommendations, Advice, Pricing Guide?

Hi all, thought I would pick your brains and do some networking at the same time as I'm a long time avid forum reader, seldom poster for such things.

Not my area of expertise with Conveyancing, though I am looking for a great deal without the hidden extra's of GST and disbursements, just a fixed price.

I searched a bit and found people starting around the $400-450 anywhere up to $1000.

A section 32 should be fairly standard (excluding estate specific guidelines) and given it's vacant land, I would have thought it having less checks than a dwelling.

Any recommendations, tips or pricing indicators would be fab, thanks in advance.

Located in VIC.
