Since the price drop of S3 due to the release of the S4, it's pretty much the price of a Nexus 4 (+50). With this in mind, should I get Google's Nexus 4 or Samsung's Galaxy S3? Does S3 having a removable battery and able to increase memory with an SD card matter that much?

OP, the only person who can judge the benefits of one versus the other for you, is you. Polls for random strangers on the internet aren't going to help a damn thing. There really isn't anything that can be said, that hasn't been said before.

I'd personally still have the N4 at there current market value. However at the rate of the price drops, once the SIII reaches even value, I'd begin to consider SIII as the better option.
