I just placed an order on a Lezyne Super Drive XL Front Light after doing much research, thought I'd share.
Cheap compared to eBay ($105), Chain Reaction Cycles ($92) and Wiggle ($127).

Lezyne Power Drive XL Front Light Features:

Rechargable Front light.
Up to 500 genuine lumens output.
Mode sequence optimised for daily rider. 4 main settings.
Colour: black, silver

Also purchased a Moon Comet for $20 which retails for $35-$50 online.

Free delivery on orders over $50 and remember to sign up to the mailing list for an instant $10 coupon code.

EDIT: Now seems out of stock.

Might be worth emailing CyclingExpress and asking for a raincheck…

EDIT2: Now seems back in stock

  • Here is a link to the item that the OP hasn't given us for whatever reason.

    • First post sorry, I usually just click on the image/go to deal which directs to the page..

  • Might want to change title to US$

    • Why? They appear to be in Melbourne and the prices on the site clearly say AUD.

      • Sorry, my bad. Can't edit comment for some reason

  • Anybody used one of these and how does the light compare to others. Have purchased other brands and what they say is 500 lumens but you could use a candle and get the same amount of light.

Does the light actually throw far enough to be useful?

    • The light is good. Sturdy. Good bright light throw. Feels a little heavy. Good for night rides home when you need to be able to see.

Probably use it on lower strength most of the time when I just need to be seen. I keep thinking my friend with one is a car when he is behind me.

  • BTW. This is an insanely good price. As it their individual price on Gu Chomps. https://www.cyclingexpress.com/?lang=en&p=productDia&proId=4…

Oh and their stans tape can't be beat locally. Useful if you want to convert your rims to tubeless or want some bulletproof rim tape.

21mm is the right width for standard road wheels.

  • very good price for that light

  • Buy link not working ….:(

  • -1

    rather a 330lm cree for $4

    • +2

divide by 5 in accordance with law of mythical lumens

  • I have bought things here before. Very good prices even compared to wiggle.

  • It is these type of deals that cyclingexpress needs to send out to their mailing list. This is better then everything they've sent me this far.

  • both still show as no stock… =(
