So… since NSW is pasted in, does that apply in NSW too? Or maybe that should get removed :)

    • +1

Upvoted to even you out, this is a valid question?

        Limited to WA.
Can only get the discount in the state of Western Australia

Stores listed are enabled to take an order via the App including stores in NSW but may not offer the discount.

Don't really see the advantage if you're going Drive Through.
They don't make the order until you're there. Plus you can't pay with Paywave.
There should be a regular discount for using the app as you're saving their time.

    • You can paywave, just advise the drive-thru cashier.

    • The advantage of the app with Drive Thru: You don't need to explain what you want to people who have no idea what they're doing, then after repeating your order several times still get it wrong. Also, if you select to pay in-store using the app, you can use Paywave.

Ge fat twice as fast with this promo! is what Maccas shouldve said.

    • +5

Get off your butt and have a life with physical activity, and the occasional Maccas makes little difference to putting on weight…..

    Thank you.
Trying to work out how many Large Fries i can eat in one sitting.

    • +4

In similar research that I have conducted under strict conditions, the answer is: many.

    • +3

OzBargain protip: Small fries are better value.

      • +4

        I'm listening?

        • +2

          they're a dollar?

        • +3

I dunno, I was hoping for it be backed up with some quantifiable evidence, weights, measures etc. This is an extremely important area of research and if yaziyo is on the frontline of such endeavours, I want -nay demand- to understand how he or she came to their conclusions.

        • +4

Small fries are on average 72 grams whereas large fries are on average 128 grams.

        • +3

Now you're talking. That's information I can actually use.

      Wow harsh neg

      • -3

If you want to put your app on android and get as much business as possible don't arbitrarily restrict which device can and cannot use it. Legitimate neg in my opinion

How about I go neg your last deal you posted from amazon because I can't pay by paypal…? Because

I'm guessing this is the setup in preparation for McDelivery in Australia.

    ie. https://mobile.twitter.com/oknermin/status/40121010034746163…

Anyway, here's the website for the new service…

      I hope so.

Man, I'm gonna get so fat. No irony, I'm legitimately excited.

    • Wow now my waistline going to get fatter if they do offer delivery in Australia.

Can you request a pick up time of more than two days? That's how long it will take me to drive to my nearest maccas in WA from VIC.

  • Nothing beats a "hamburger with the lot". :P

  • No Victoria at all, or just not yet?

  • Still showing full price for me

    • Do prices change at the cash register? I dont have them changing on the app either.

    • Same. It does say price may change at the restaurant though, will have to wait for someone to try it.

      • For anyone still wondering, you can pay in store and it'll apply the discount.

    • Success. The app doesn't show the discount. Choose to pay at the store, then when you get there and scan the code on their poster, it will pop up saying a promotional discount has been applied. Then you show the order number to them and the register will charge the discounted price.

      • Haven't got a code scanner on my phone- will it only work doing it this way?

        • No camera on the phone?

        • yes?

        • +1

The code scanner is built into the app

        • Thanks didn't realize that- the app loads, asks me to sign in, downloads something then gives me an error message and stops working……Android 4.1 with OS up to date according to LG mobile pc suite. Anyone else having same problem?

  • Success here too.
    Very easy ordering experience.

  • Wouldn't let me log-in… Keeps saying, "Sorry, an error has occurred".
Obviously a scam to cut the majority of users from getting 50% off while selling the personal information you enter.
    Now I'm going to HJs…

    • Yeah, that's exactly what their game is.

    • +1

Had the same thing happen. Not cool. I'd been counting down the days too. sniff I'm not crying, I've just got something in my eye.
