Great price on the HDD and video card.

  • Yeah great price for HDD and good reviews on it as well. Just bought one with free delivery to sydney. Hope my order went through ok. Website order process not the best.

    • agree, order process and payment screen does look a little dodge

      • I thought the same, but looks like a number of people have ordered from them before without too much hassle as noted here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/122345

        • From my experience, customer service was quite good. Received mine after two business days.

  • 1TB drive sold out

  • IT estate are OK. Got my case (Corsair 200r $84, great deal, love the case) from them.

Free delivery in Sydney metro and cheap prices (top ten lowest prices for many items on staticice).

One word of warning: seems like they have almost nothing actually in stock. After I ordered and paid, there was a wait of 6 days while some supplier delivered it to their store. They never said it was out of stock, only that they use couriers to get it to you within a day or two. I had to call them to find out what the issue was (they were very helpful on the phone).

Once they had it, it was only 1-2 days for the courier to get it to me, but it was eight days altogether, pretty long for a local supplier. I've since bought other stuff from them (5 days ago and still not at their shop yet).

So I like them overall, but watch out for that. Also, credit card costs an extra 2% or something (so if that's too pricey, expect to wait even longer, for them to get your direct deposit).

They charge 3% CC surcharge and don't except paypal. Only direct deposit/transfer and credit card for online payment. Or credit card, eftpos and cash if paying in store.

  • I bought the 1tb last time using DD. It went surprisingly well and was delivered fairly quickly. It came in an inverted motherboard box and the drive is preformatted as FAT32 so will need formatting to NTFS if you want to use it for files bigger than 4gb.

    • Is the drive removable? Want to use it in a NUC.
