The Microsoft Wedge Mobile does a great job, the keyboard's stand itself doubles as a tablet stand. Very, very nice keyboard to type on.

Yes - it can run it. As brent3000 said, it can run anything your full PC can run, graphic intense games excluded.

Just keep in mind you can't open the disk and connect it directly to a PC or other device by SATA, but you can with the Seagate.
