    It is still out of stock (as it was last weekend with the previous sale)

        Thanks for the quick reply.

        Just placed an order for some other DVD titles that I had left in my shopping cart from last weekend.

        Order and payment (via PayPal) went through, however when I was taken back to the order confirmation screen it had written next to one of the titles (out of stock - add to wishlist)

        The estimated dispatch date given for the order was 4th June - would this be allowing for the out of stock item?

          More than likely that would be correct. We carry some stock at our web processing area, and that's what shows as in stock on the web. When something goes out of stock it means that we're either waiting for more to ship to us from the warehouse, more to be replicated or it was the very last of the stock that sold and it's no longer available. This varies depending on the title.

        Your "discount" price for season 2 is still more than JB Hifi's normal price! JB has it for $28.98, whereas your normal price is $39.99 (discounted to $30).

          When a title is still a new release unfortunately as the manufacturer we're limited by what our retail partners have done and can't go lower than their prices. Sucks I know.

          JB are selling season 1 for $28.98.

    If you can't buy the item because it's out of stock then it shouldn't be listed in the sale. It super annoying when you spend time Goodling a title it to read reviews about PQ/AQ etc go back to the sale page only to realise you can't buy the bloody thing because it's not in stock.

    Also it would be really handy to have a filter switch on the side to weed out the DVDs. #HDsnob

      If it's listed in the sale and now is out of stock it means the stock we had at the web processing area sold. We don't put anything into a sale that we don't have initially. See my above comment re more stock coming.

        Hi Rep,

        Thanks again for the earlier reply.

        There should be an option for out of stock items to be purchased and delivered once stock comes in.

        Main reason I say this is because it's much less hassle to order all at once than needing to constantly check the website to see if an item is back in stock.

        Also it allows people to get the 20% off signup discount on all of the items that they want to purchase - not just the ones that are in stock.

    1 min later added a heap of titles to cart.
    go to checkout and it says code has expired!!!!
    annoyed.

    b great if it said in red out of stock on main listing of stock not just when u go to item and get disapointed its not available.

      Hi, unfortunately at this stage it's gone out of print. If you want to call the Umbrella office on Monday I can then check up which retailers have purchased it lately and can check if they have stock still.
