  • Sorry to say, but that handset looks crap.

  • I have this system in my office and it has been working great for over 6 months, but it started playing up this week and we are still trying to get it sorted. Hopefully we can as everyone loves it.

The handsets are good quality and have excellent range - this photo does not do them justice.

With VOIP we significantly reduced our phone bills.

    Hope this helps ^_^

  • I've used them before…the handset is quite solid, and good quality. Firmware was a bit buggy, but they've probably updated a few times by now.

  • There has been quite a few firmware updates along the way as you guessed, we haven't really had any issues with the current release - having said that we haven't had any issues with the firmware going back quite a while now.

  • why is it called PBX? Any detailed manual or at very least a data sheet

  • We have some spec's online @ http://www.acecommunications.com.au/shop/catalog/product_inf….

It gives you basic PBX functionality in simultaneous calls, multiple handsets, multiple inbound numbers, call hold/transfer etc.

Maybe also check out http://bit.ly/4B0gR (note that isn't from our site).

  • Hows this Dualphone? Seems to be a better option for the at home user. I'm interested in buying one - should I go for this off Ebay or would this Ace Communications offer be a good one?

  • That DUALphone on eBay is the Skype version of the product which can only be used with Skype.

The DUALphone we are selling is the SIP version of the product allowing you to use it with any SIP based VoIP provider such as ourselves.
