I just tried it on a LG G4 and it brought the price down to AU $601.03 delivered (if people need a deal):

Easiest way I found was to search for the item on ebay.com.au then when you're on the item page, change the address to ebay.co.uk and follow on with that.

edit: turns out you can use it from the ebay.com.au site as well, thanks st33p!
Discount capped to around $98AUD in that case, based on a poor conversion rate.

      Thanks for update…Surely it should be just an easy process of re-enabling the code and continue to run the campaign until midnite UK time. And, if you are lucky enough to use the code, then it should be honoured. End of the day, it's all about sales volume…Yes, you may have lost 20% in potential profit on each sale, but surely the revenue coming in would spike bigtime and make up for the "losses"…

      So who really knows what's going to happen. Seems like the staff are all being given different information and no one seems to know what's actually going on. I somewhat trust the phone call quote as they wouldn't bother calling you up promising that the code will be back up. No guarantees though

        yeh but you can get up to $100 of multiple items you just have to check out at the same time, i made the mistake of buying one item and checking out, i had to make another ebay and paypal acccount to add other stuff, and when i was ready to checkout the code was deactivated, now waiting on re-activation

      You only get 'add to basket' on the uk site if the item is listed on ebay uk (main price in pounds). Try using the aus site instead.

      I'm not too sure the code will work for us anymore because the terms and conditions state "This offer is open to all eBay.co.uk registered users, who must be UK residents of 18 years of age or older" so I'm not sure if they disabled the code to ensure that only UK residents are allowed to use the code. It seems that every chat representative is giving a different solution. Some are offering unique codes, some are telling people to continue with their purchase and the money will be credited to their accounts and some are telling people to wait for the code to come back online. Ebay has to get their shit together haha.

    New rumour just in. According to FB people are reporting being told by Ebay reps that the code was not meant to be sent out in the first place. Seems that there could well be some panic in the Ebay camp.

      ebay customer service/promotions team is probably waiting for the person in charge to make a decision (or sign off on what to do next). That person is probably in a meeting or asleep (depending on which time zone they work/reside in)…

      All I know is that I am entering CTWENTY every 30 secs waiting for my order to go thru… :)

      Honestly, there doesn't seem to be any new signs of this deal working again. I think it's safe to give up but it's up to you. They might do something in the near future to make it up to all the UK genuine customers who missed out.

        the thing is I had the items that i wanted to purchase in my watch list from a few days ago, but i had to create another ebay account because i had already mistakenly checked out with 1 item on my original ebay account, the timing of this deal couldn't have been better, but im so devastated that i didn't checkout fast enough with my second account after adding all the stuff i needed.
