I am not sure just to let people know because just like those $2 shop toothpaste they are also grey imported.
Some said they feel difference.
Quantum Max I bought from from Woolies a few months ago were Made in Poland.
Used the Polish ones from Kmart and CotD and they're good to go.
So they are Polish, not Finish.
Check your local Coles and Woolworths. They're all made in Poland.
I believe some countries introduced laws to ban phosphates in detergents. And those varieties don't work as well from what I read.
So the main thing to check when buying parallel imports of these is that they aren't those ones.. (and these are not, so all good)

I have about a year supply of these (lemon version) I am using up..but after reading Choice's latest tests showing how poorly they perform I will probably switch.

What does the percentage signify? Is it purely cleaning power or do they take additional stuff into account (like environmental impact etc)
The Percentage is made up of equally weighted stain removal scores for egg yolk, rice starch, baked on cheese, red wine, coffee and minced meat.
So no doesn't take that other stuff into account.
