Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light

Thanks, you just reminded me these are probably sitting in my SqEnix account since last year.

This deal is on the Australian site for $A8.99. One dollar cheaper plus the will be no currency conversion making the total $14.00 or so.

    • Crap, i just bought it… Just before i posted the deal… :S

  • So this is for steam?

    • +3

it appears to be the case - if you go to the systems requirement page, it says steam is required which implies the bundle is linked to steam :)

Why pay US$9.99 when you can pay AU$8.99 if you use the AU store link?

    • What if they're both different? :p

  • Would it be one key or individual ones. This is a good deal but I already own quite a lot of square enix games so would prefer individual keys in case I get duplicates.

    • they were individual keys last year and at easter so i assume they will be again

    original source - gameinformer - http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2015/12/08/square…

In 2013 the bundle included Tomb Raider, Just Cause 2, Hitman: Blood Money, and Dungeon Siege III.

In 2014, the bundle included Thief - The Master Thief Edition, The Last Remnant, Murdered: Soul Suspect, Lara Croft: Guardian of Light, Deus Ex - The Fall, and Nosgoth Founders - Warlord Pack. It also included three one-time use discount codes for specific titles.

the 2015 Easter bundle included - Life is Strange Episode 1, Just Cause Collection (1 and 2 and all DLC), Hitman Absolution Elite Edition Steam Key and Deus Ex Game of the Year Edition. Also included a 20% discount voucher for Life is Strange season pass and 50% discount for Lara Croft Temple of Osiris)

looking at wikipedia - there's been bugger all released for PC in 2015 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Square_Enix_video_game…

Sleeping Dogs definitive edition, Lara Croft and The Temple of Osiris, Life is Strange (already bundled), some Final Fantasy games and Just Cause 3 (highly doubtful as it's only just been released, but I'm guessing at least a 20% discount coupon will be included)

So I think this will be all older, already bundled stuff.. maybe the Final Fantasy games, but they don't interest me at all.

    • Usually the system requirements are a giveaway for at least one of the bundle's games (whatever's the highest spec), and based on that hint you can decide if it's worth getting.
This time, though, the only listed sysreq is a Steam account, so I'm betting it's going to be all older games that can be reasonably expected to run on most any modern PC.

      • I just checked again, and they've even removed the requirement for a Steam account now, so it looks like the bundle may even include a game or two that isn't redeemable on Steam. Maybe…?

    • I think you're right… but I'm getting it anyway. :P

How are we supposed to vote on this deal if we don't know what's included to compare prices????

    • +1

How about you buy it and tell us later on so we can compare?

      • -3

        I only buy bargains.

Unless you can tell me what is included, I'm not wasting my money.

    • vote….with your wallet!

      I don't trust your link…

    • I used Chrome incognito mode… :S
