      The handling fee is the reason to avoid CM online unless absolutely necessary.

    Actually when I did it I got 214.76 for four carton of crown lager + handling fee of $4.80, bringing the total of $219.76 which is just enough to get you the $100 off : ) So your total should be $119.76 for four cartons of crown.

    I'm still yet to receive a cancellation email or phone call but I think my CC has been credited back the money. Again, poor form Cellarmasters, not the first time you've done this is it.

    So I got my refund, no phone call, no email, no explanation, just the money returned to me. Poor form.

    I would neg this deal but I had already positively voted. Well I won't be doing that in future with companies I thought were trust worthy.

    What do you all make of this? I ordered 4 crown lager cartons on 21/4/16.

    I receive the following emails/txts: (1) order confirmation email (21/4/16); (2) dispatch confirmation email (22/4/16); (3) collection notification email (today); and (4) collection notification txt (today).

    So this afternoon I drive to the pickup point (BWS) spending money on fuel and my own valuable time.

    The sales assistant at BWS sees my name on the list and says: "It arrived this morning" she spends about 5 minutes looking for it and then the manager comes out and says: "A man dropped off your order this morning but came back a few hours later saying that it was cancelled."

    I ring Cellarmasters who tell me that someone left a message on my phone on 22/4/16 to the effect that they had run out of stock and the deal didn't apply to beer.

    This is appears to be pretty clear proof that Cellarmaster have lied to me. Clearly they had stock as the beer arrived at the pickup point. I will never shop there again.

      Wow, they went to all that trouble? Are you kidding me? Truly disgusting, especially after you had the notification to come and collect and you did. Write to CM and vent. Just on social media also.
