Good for people who don't know how to use Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V

Actually the quote included applications in that list and that could be very handy for many people. Clearly you have some trouble with correct use of Ctrl-C yourself - your use seems very selective and designed simply to disparage a potentially useful and free application.

Yes, but he is becoming increasingly annoying by trying to deliberately obfuscate the benefits of various posts. I know quite a few people who would actually benefit from this sort of software - less tech savvy parental units and so forth.

Some people find it annoying when others deliberately exaggerate the benefits of various posts.

Fortunately, everyone is entitled to post their opinion here, and people can judge for themselves whether they think this post deserves a +ve, -ve or a yawn….

Seems you agree with my 1st comment then…

Guess it's for that very tiny sliver of people who are, within 7 days, ready to upgrade/move PC's?

Really don't like it when there's a "free give-away" which forces you to install by a specific date. Is it free or not? Why a date limit?

    • I suspect you can install the product as many times as you like on your pcs and use the same activation code. You just need to register before that date.

  • +1

"Activate" isn't the same as "register". Activate generally means, install & then activate.

I just don't like "free, with strings attached". The way this is written sounds like it will fail to activate if it's past 30 April when you do so. If this is NOT correct, then it's a convoluted & confusing give-away, at best.

    I'll pass.
