What is up with this site. I can't pay for my previous order…

  • +1

For orders under $40 they automatically add tracking number ($1.99 USD) to the order.

If you're only buying the earphones they end up being ~ $25 AU

  • No deal. Bought 2 pairs of piston 3s under another deal with everbuying but have not even recieved yet: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/241564

Order was paid for on the 2nd April. Contacted support 1 month after for follow up as the website estimate @ checkout says up to 25 days.

Everbuying replied saying it can take up to 180 days and told me to sit and wait. It's nearly 2 months now and I'm still waiting…

After looking for people worth similar issues found that Everbuying and Gearbest are likely the same business. All those fake paid online reviews support this as they're all fresh accounts with only a review for either Everbuying or both Everbuying and Gearbest.

    • Hi Serapis,

Sorry about the problem you have encountered.

Could you pls PM me your order number? I'll help deal with your questions ASAP.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Hey has no one mentioned there's an extra 5% off with cash rewards? Don't forget cash rewards!

    • I don't think you get Cashrewards when you use coupons.

  • Do these headphones come with a clip?

I'll need it for phone calls

    • Mine didn't

    • No clip, but inline mic yes.

  • Is payment in AUD or USD?

    • I can only seem to get paypal in USD although the cart is in AUD :(
I'll happily buy if someone can tell me a way to pay in AUD via paypal? I don't really want to put my cc details into the site.

      • Oh well guess I won't be buying them.

  • I'm still waiting for earphones I ordered about two months ago. They told me to see if they are sitting in the post office. Thanks a lot. No card from AP in the letter box, what exactly should I ask them to do? Tempted to neg their deals from now on.

    • Hello abacus,

Sorry to hear about your problems.

Could you pls PM me your order number? I'll arrange full refund or reshipment to you ASAP.

      • unique ticket ID is: T16051706472 for order EE1603170723407959 purchased 17th March 2016 $4.39. Not a big amount but I have noticed I don't receive all smaller priced orders from different Chinese businesses.

        • Hi abacus,

I'm dealing with your issue now. My colleague will send you email later to process refund or reshipment for you.

Sorry for all the inconvenience that has been caused.

  • I have one of these.

    Some devices it crackles in.

Some devices the audio sounds just wrong.

When it sounds good (most devices) it does sound very good for the money you pay.

  • Just tried to buy headphones, previously it was showing up the 100EB points that could be claimed at the checkout, also showed AU$20.09 as grand total before i got to the Paypal page and then the price automatically jumped up to $23.98 something. Seems like they sneakily tried to charge for shipping. So shipping is not really free, should be mentioned in the post.

Also the website is not allowing me to claim the 100EB points now. Really disappointed.

    • Hello iamthatguy,

Could you pls PM me your user name and registered email address on Everbuying? We provide free shipping and maybe there is something wrong with your account.

Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

    • Hi Becky,

My username is [email protected] Also if you click check out with paypal instead of proceed to checkout then it doesnt give you an option to redeem your 100EB points, which is $2.

      Can I have a fix?

      • Hi there,

You can use mobile site(http://m.everbuying.net/product1112471.html ) to place your order. Just click "proceed to check out" and use your EB points.

        • Still showing EB points = 0, when i didnt even use it. Total coming down to AUD 22.55. Not Happy

        • @iamthatguy:

          Hello,

As confirmed, your EB points has been used on this order: E1605261904192047. And you did not pay for it.
If you cancel the order, 100 EB points will be back to your account.

          Becky

        • @everbuying:

How do I pay for this order? I have nothing in my cart right now. Its empty and if I add something EB points don't show.

So how do I pay for the existing order and can you confirm how much it is going to be when I reach the paypal page?

        • @iamthatguy:

          Hello there,

I'll send you mail to tell you the right process to place the order. Pls kindly check your mailbox later.

          Thanks

  • Want to order the Note3 Pro. Can someone tell me how to get onto the mobile site to get the special price of $208 ?
I tried the XIAOMI Redmi Note 3 Pro 2GB/16GB 16MP GREY link, and it shows $237au and it does not accept the RM3PRO code either. (Invalid code).

    • Replace www with m and then enter

  • The code does not work. Everbuying says code not exist.
Anyone used the code to order the phone ?

  • Has anyone successfully bought the Xiaomi Note3 pro yet ? I like to know how .

  • Took the plunge with the Redmi Note 3 Pro. Ordered it last friday with standard shipping. Anyone know how long it usually takes to arrive?

    • Did you get extra charge when paying using paypal ? (international fees ?)

Update us how long it takes for the delivery.

    • you should be able to track your item.

when you receive can you let me know about which ROM you got? I want to know if everbuying flashes a vendor rom over their phones

      • Hey guys, arrived today (took about 1 and a half weeks so I'm pretty happy for free shipping). They did flash a vendor ROM 7.8.9.0 which is a shame. Going through the flashing process now for the global rom. will let you know how i go!

        • +1

flashed it with the global rom and it's working like a dream. Very happy with it

  • How does warranty work for these? Only thing holding me back from the Note 3 Pro.

    • effectively non existent.

if it dies your best bet is paypal refund during that period otherwise youve got nothing.

  • I have just received my Hybrids and I thought I should give everyone a quick review vs the Piston 3.

As usual, the earphones does not have the 20 digit code to verify its authenticity but comparing this with youtube videos and from the sound quality, it definitely feels like the real thing.

The Piston 3 was already a very solid earphone. It has a good V signature, strong bass and clear highs. The hybrids on the other hand is very similar to Piston 3 but this time you can hear a slightly clearer "highs". I have not even burned in my Hybrids and if you hear carefully, you can hear a slightly better separation of the highs. The sound stage of the Hybrids is also marginally better. Different instruments have a very slightly more 3D feel. Bass wise, I find both are on a similar level.

Is the Hybrid worth it? If you have the Piston 3, I would not recommend buying it at full price just to replace the 3s. Both are extremely similar in terms of sound quality albeit just marginally clearer highs. If you are coming from Piston 2 or Sennheiser CXII, I cant recommend the Hybrids enough.

  • Got mine on 10/06/2016, nice build quality in comparison to 1st Gen Dazzle Edition.
Sound quality is fair bit better (not audiophile so dont quote me on this).
Very comfortable in comparison to 1st Gen Dazz. Ed., the stock earbuds fit me very nicely.
Very surprised media buttons work with Android N DP3.
