    Damn it.. ended up buying the Dyson V6 as couldn't buy it from Bing Lee, so got it for $302 using my $25 credit which arrived today as well.

    Never thought in my life I'd spend $300 on a vacuum cleaner, but that's adulthood.

        I only used one voucher/promo code. The SYSTEM failed and made it mutiple, not really my problem. Someone didnt test and program correctly.

    Got a call from Good Guys, they cancelled my order due to technical error. Received an invoice as well for the order cancellation just now. Ordered a few items totalling over the value of $100 and it still gets cancelled -_- Still haven't even received my second $25 voucher….

          @stuhtb: I ordered about 30 minutes before the deal got posted, I was already on GG site poking around as I had some codes expiring, I then got the $20 email and processed the order. Just right place right time I guess, I also didn't go overboard with items added to my cart.

        Can you guys shared what 'extra stuff' you guys add on? Then we can get an idea whether they cancel those greedy 'addons', for example 200 packs of batteries or few hundreds dollar extra worth of goodies.

        I received my confirmation too and stated ready for delivery. I'm gonna visit their store soon, my 'addons' cost them extra $60 and they did not cancel my order.

          What greedy addons?? I purchased the items I wanted, didn't abuse the system failure by adding multiple items which I wouldn't be able pay out if I was actually buying without the code. I tried getting the $20 off, their system started to give $20 off to each item which I have no control over. Next morning I get a call that the order is cancelled because of a technical error. And now, I can't even use the code as the deal has expired. Many people have had their order's honored, unfortunately not the same case as mine, which is frustrating.

          Do whatever suits you. You already have all the items which are ready for delivery.

      TGG are the utmost incompetent crap I have dealt with in the last 4 months. Total of 5 orders cancelled due to "technical errors" with their online sales department. I have tried multiple stores and still the same result. It's ridiculous how they can get away with anything by simply stating it was a technical error. What they need to do is be consistent across all buyers, rather than store-by-store

    Hmmm I haven't received anything from TGG yet on my TGG account the order mystically shows completed with all the items I ordered removed, yet showing the $8 delivery charge, and the delivery information was changed from Pickup at a random TGG in VIC than delivery.

      Just wait for final confirmation, sometimes if one store runs out of stock they get another store to cover for it and gets delviered to u or sent to the other store.

    Well got a SMS this morning with my credit for ordering a click and collect, somehow got sent a code for $50 credit (which is meant for orders between $600 and $799, was only meant to get $15 for what I ordered) so ended up buying a few electric toothbrush heads for less than $1. Score.
