I just got this in my email and seems like a good deal for Sony.

        Should work perfectly for the VR and the PS4 pro because they're both listed on the sony.com.au website and there are no T&C's regarding exclusions :)

      I actually put student, which I am. Not sure if I'll even use the $25 voucher (if they send it), since they've cancelled and refunded my last purchase from Sony's recent eBay sale. Sony Australia sucks.

    I completed the survey but strangely they only offered me the $25 voucher, not the $100 one (looking for a Sony camera lens so this voucher amount is more relevant for me).

    Edit: just saw the targeted tag. Looks like I can forget about that voucher.

    All well and good, but with the exception of a few transient sale items, everything is full RRP, AND thus ludicrously overpriced even with the voucher.

    The past few vouchers I've accumulated were never used for this very reason.

    The warranty process and how long it takes from Sony direct makes me terrified of directly dealing with them… Of course a different story if the products just work

      I agree with you. I had terrible experience with wireless headphones I bought from site. They were DOA and it took me more than 1 month to get replacement. Sony's post sale support is very bad.

    Wow, DHL service is beyond ridiculous, twice attempted delivery to work and failed to find address, absolutely hopeless! Will never buy again if shipped via DHL, period. (Shipping PS4 Pro from Sony)

    So finally got my PS4 Pro on third attempt by DHL (actually picked straight from van when noticed it on our street near work, didn't want to risk 3rd attempt failure), but PS4 Pro arrived DOA - HDD was making loud cracking noises! :(

    Organised to send it back to Sony, this time they've used Toll Ipec. Should been delivered yesterday to Sony repair centre, but for some reason it's still sitting in Toll's depot. Should get a call from investigating agent.

    Will never buy from Sony online thats for sure.

    I contacted their live chat, they took my details and said they would look into it. 4 days later they emailed me the $100 off $500 code.

    While you can enter both the $100 off and the $200 off MyRepublic PS4 Pro code (they are both added to cart), only the $200 off code will apply since it brings the price under $500, so the $100 off $500 no longer comes into play, regardless of the order you enter the codes. I suspect the $25 off and MyRepublic PS4 Pro codes could be combined but I don't have $25 off code to check.

    If anyone has a spare voucher i'd really appreciate it, want to buy a TV today or tomorrow. I just did the survey, but didn't realise it takes up to 7 days to receive the voucher, and I also noticed T+C's state you have to complete the survey by 16th March, but I was still able to complete so maybe that doesn't apply. Happy to provide mine to someone else if and when I get it.

      Most people who signed up before then didn't get a code either. Seems the only way to get a code is to contact support.

        Yeah seems a bit random. Decided to just buy without the code, they said the sale will probably finish before I got the code. Bonus $50 Coles gift card is at least something I guess.
