  Haven't received my order, hasn't even shipped as far as I can tell and I've had no email back from support. Far from the service I got the past two times with NB.

    Best to call them, I sent them a few email enquiries but still didn't get a response… their email service is pretty bad!
    Made a quick call and got an answer within 5 mins.

        Finally got through.

        Star track delivered to my post office. Australia Post sat on it for 20 days without notifying me. Australia Post then returned to sender…

        So now I'm waiting for it to go back to New Balance to get redirected back to me. Sigh.
