I've bought the Octolite 75 cm and only from the first trip upon arrival the side hinge cover has broken and lost in transit. Because it happened while I am not with the luggage (no way in the world you can be "with your luggage" at all times, what about in transit ? you can have the bag sitting on your lap !!!), Bagworld (where I bought from) told me it won't be cover by Samsonite warranty. We paid for a Samsonite thinking it is a sturdy, good quality product and has good warranty to back that up but after this incident, seriously, I don't think they worth the money and their warranty certainly doesn't worth the paper it is written on. I am bitterly disappointed and won't buy their products again.
Also, Octolite scrath very easily. Just to give you my personal experience so its up to you if you want to buy it or not.

Seems super heavy! The small one is 7.5 lbs which is 3.4kg!
cabin limit is 7 kg …gulp …
Saw them today and was my first reaction when picking them up!
