The recent Wii U console + game deal last week made me think if there's one cheaper from ebay's newly released discount code and it turns out; they do!
Mind you, the console is pre-owned and does not include any game - but hey, at least it's delivered to you at that price. And there's more than one to go around this time!

Thaf was when they cleared them out because no one was buying them.
They went back to selling at RRP after and never went back down again.

Isn't just a Wii U phenomena but. Xbox 360s were going for about $90 around 2012 due to sales plus redemptions and then went up for the rest of its life.
i managed to grab one of these off gumtree for $180 in melb. brother got one off gumtree for $150 in Adelaide so they can definitely be found cheaper. assuming EB give some kind of warranty though and easier to find.

Still some great games to be had on this console.
Well Wii-U is still pretty "current" seeing as the switch only has a handful of games!!!

As someone who owns a preowned Wii, PS3, and Vita all from them, I would say so.
Great system, nice dealo. Definitely the best of the the current Xbox/PS generation, similar to the way the Wii for its one, but without the success. I still probably prefer the 360 over the U though, its games were definitely more consistent then 360s at though at times. Not sure if it holds up to the Original Xbox though. Ripper system with tip top games and a Grouse controller!. Yowzah. I'd tell people not to buy it but id probably want another one for me self.
Still enjoying the recent batch of download games and even that new Cars 3 game is fairly swift for a Mickey Mouse cartooner game. Probably get a run out of the Splatoon again before the next one is on the shelves.
No Deal kmart & target were NEW for $199 not so long ago, you maybe able to still snag a $289 Spatton bundle new.
