If it's anything like the previous model, I wouldn't recommend it. Logitech forums are filled with people complaining about dropping Connection, both Bluetooth directly to PC or Mac or through its included toggle (https://community.logitech.com/s/question/0D5310000510AM6/2-…). I've experienced this myself and I've given up and have been using it with a cable. Great ergonomic design though.

    • You should have returned it , we have 2 at home here " older version " and love them strangely large enough to be comfy in my hand " large hands " and yet still comfortable for my mums hands which are small.
I do understand were Autocader is coming from as i had a logitech trackball mouse which kept losing connection and constantly needing cleaning , and funnily enough didnt take my own advice and take it back lol.

    • I don't own this mouse nor the predecessor, and as such I personally have no idea / opinion on the matter. I really can't afford a mouse at this price, even though the predecessor is only $70 roughly I can't really find myself able to pay for it. I usually just get a $5 USD 2.4GHz mouse from eBay / China.

    • Disagree autocader, you'll always find people with problems that aren't necessarily the products fault. Mine works flawlessly with the dongle in multiple devices and the bluetooth I'd say is about 90-95% reliable, it has it's moments which is why I don't use it when gaming but otherwise no hassles.

Definitely the best mouse I've ever owned.

    • I've been using the previous model for over a year with no issues, very happy with it.

  • Any deals on the previous model?

  • Thanks for your comments fellas.

Not sure if you bothered looking at my link, but you'll notice that this is a problem that has been raised with Logitech since 2015, and is still going, with no response. If you are one of the lucky ones that works, then good for you.

I have to admit that it wasn't that bad with the dongle on a windows 10, but when moved to a Mac it was just a joke. Again, people buy it for its Bluetooth capability (the idea is to not have a dongle hanging on the side of your MacBook) but that has never worked for me consistently - tried it on a Mac, MacBook, and two windows 10 PCs.

I've always bought Logitech mice over the years (incl the previous model to mine, which I don't think was called MX) and have been extremely happy. This one was a disappointment though. Also very annoyed that Logitech hasn't provided a fix (again, if you read the link you'll see how much time people have spent with Logitech support with no results). Each to their own….
