I bought paid EaseUS backup software for my company and I had nothing but issues with it. Support is useless as they were trying to open all ports on server, on asking they replied they are doing as per instruction sheet they have on website.

I won't recommend EaseUS to anyone

  • I've used the free version a few times to image some computers. It worked great.
I bought it from the last deal. Now that was a bargain.

    • I was a few minutes too late and missed that deal :( Worth it for this price?

Used the free version for a number of years, and then when I actually needed it, It couldn't read its own file so everything was lost. Might be better now but I wouldn't take the risk again.

  • I have been using this Backup software for a decade but recently been having some problems with their incremental images, namely the restored images are unbootable and so far has resisted all attempts at repairs. This has caused us some serious issues. Perhaps await an update.

  • So I went to buy this but there's nowhere to enter the code. Rep this is a misleading post because the quoted price US$14.50 is for the once-off version then you have to pay for upgrades (also that price doesn't include GST which they add on when you get to payment page). The lifetime upgrades version is US$35.40 plus GST ending up US$38.94, not your quoted US$14.50. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
