  • Is mynrma seperate from just nrma?

I just have general roadside cover with nrma and can't log into the mynrma website.

    Assuming it's seperate accounts/services?

    • try the link ? it works for me even i'm only maintaining the membership for $35/per year

Great price, keen on the new Black Panther movie

    • Why is this comment getting negs?

  • Any idea if I could use this for Vmax sessions and pay the difference?

    • Yes, description updated

  • I bought the $10 vouchers from Event cinema which has the $1.50 booking fee in Novemberish.

It's more expensive to use these vouchers than simply use Telstra Movie Tickets so there's a chance I may not even be able to use them in time..Then this deal comes along. Crazy.

There's literally no value in Events Special Gift Card around Xmas time..

    • How much does Telstra ticket cost? How to buy it?

      • Telstra Mobile Plan

        Google Telstra Movie Ticket

Click first link and buy :)

    • 10 + 1.5 = 11.5

      Telstra is 12.5 ?

      • Telstra $10 flat at my cinema

        • +1

Which Cinema is this? All of them are $11 + $1.50 booking fee for me.

  • Most event cinemas have dropped price to 10$ anyways to buy at the cinema

    • +1

Not for sessions after 5pm on Friday

      • Even when I am buying Monday, today - @ 6 pm

        • Generally $10 before 2pm (used to be before 4pm) on Friday to Sunday and all day Monday to Thursday

I keep getting a 404 using that link — am I the only one?

need NRMA member number when you buy it…

    • +3

LOL what did you expect? Just to tick a box saying I'm a member of NRMA and they not ask you any details?

  • I am taking my 4 year-old daughter for first time. Do you know if I need to buy her a separate ticket?
Also, can I take her to "PG" movies?

    • +1

Nope everyone is free and this includes entry to any R rating film too.

      • Thank you. However, I am not sure if I understand correctly with "Nope everyone is free". I just tried buying a child ticket and I got this information:

        Child

        Age restrictions will vary depending on the content shown and the age of the child;

Children under 3 years of age are admitted free when accompanied by a paid ticket holder if the intention is that they will sit on the adults lap except for Event Junior sessions where children under 1 year of age are admitted free when accompanied by a paid ticket holder.

If the accompanying adult would like the child to have their own seat, then they must purchase a child’s ticket. Once they have turned 3, they must purchase a valid ticket.

So I guess, I have to buy her a ticket. It makes sense to get one as she will have her own seat.

        • +1

if Nope = Not…. Not everyone is free so you have to pay….

          @dlovep:
          Thanks :)

  • Do they come out to be cheaper than $10 normal tickets at Event Cinemas after booking fees?

    • $10 normal ticket ? I tried a few in NSW cheapest I can get is $12…. where did you get that ? mind sharing ?

    • This voucher can be used at box office as well

  • Someone used this voucher at the counter, instead of using online booking (charges 4$ extra)?

  • No love for Queensland?

  • Can one collect tickets at an Event cinema for another Event cinema location by showing these vouchers? E.g. I can try one near my work to book tickets for one near home. :)

  • What the awesome?!?!
Great deal, going to use my NRMA membership to get movies now not Telstra! $8 movie tickets. They are normally $20 or so..

  • $8.50 Standard and $25 Gold Class tickets excluding Friday and Saturday after 5pm from events cinema. No booking fee if you book at the counter. I would rather go there if I have to see movie by myself. Still cheaper for 2 people than this

    • You need cinebuzz membership

    • +2

No booking fee for any voucher @ box office counter… Not sure how the other deal is better than this if you are a NRMA member…

  • Haven’t been to cinema for 5 years lol

  • Thanks OP!

  • +1

There was no surcharge for VMAX when i went to see 50shades freed yesterday :)

    • Which cinema?

Burwood event cinemas won't charge extra for Vmax sessions and also their CineBuzz price for Vmax is $10 as standard sessions

      • yep it was at burwood

  • Received the vouchers from ExperienceOZ in a PDF with bar code, pin and expiry for each of them.

Tried using it online with Barcode number as Voucher number along with the Pin… getting voucher invalid error

    Anyone having issues ?

    • Try after sometime if you have just received the vouchers…

There was a note "Please allow 30 minutes for your order to be activated prior to redemption." in vouchers that I had received earlier.

      • Thanks
        Confirmed it’s working now

  • Booking fee is $1.35

  • Anyone mind sharing their membership number? Need to buy 6 tickets for tknight and this will save me a lot. TIA🙏🏻

  • any problem that I just entered a random mynrma number when purchasing? got the voucher emailed so not sure.. haha

    • use a 9 digit number

      • yeah it's all good, it worked and used the ticket last night, thanks :)
