  • Ordered a SIM card just for the hell of it. No contract, might swap over when it comes. Anyone got any experiences from belong mobile? It’s telstra but is it actually Telstra? Would I still get good signal in regional Queensland or along the Bruce Highway?

    • Hmmm.. the mobile coverage map shows my town in “3G mobile only” and my work in “3G external antenna”

i use gps eveyday in sydney metro with belong, does not matter where i am the signal takes about 10 seconds to lock on, once locked on its reasonable.

      • Erm, much as I'm probably wasting time with a scientific reply to someone called 'ClimateBoogeyMan', GPS coverage has nothing to do with your 3G/4G coverage and signal - it also has nothing to do with your provider. GPS coverage is the same no matter which mobile carrier you choose, as the GPS signals come from GPS satellites that broadcast freely to all.

this is just Spam not a bargain. Officework's and Post Office half price that is a bargain suitable for the OzBargain

  • What is RRP and where is the discount?

  • THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER

Basically I have no idea how long this plan lasts or what.. Shame OP shame.. don't post rubbish deals look at some others.

For future posts put as much information in relation to the plan anything that the members might be interested in like extra data policy, what it specifically includes (landline, mobile, special numbers, international) and critical information summary stuff like cancelation fee, port number in fee, ability to change or swap plan etc and most importantly plan duration and type be it a contract, month to month, payg, prepaid, postpaid, free offer, promotion whatever. This has some information but not all which makes it look a bit sloppy.

    • Firstly this is not a bargain because it's cheaper elsewhere, e.g. Officeworks at the moment.

Secondly despite what the title says, it's not associated with a plan, you're just buying $40 credit which can be used on any plan. Their plans are postpaid BTW.

      • Even more so this needs to be specified this wasnt the worst deal I have ever seen but up there with some of them

  • I could not activate my sim online and there is no support available online or on phone. Can anyone help?

  • FYI, 30GB now (early 2019), so 60GB for initial $0. See other posts.

    • Do you have details on the intro double/triple data offer? I can't find anything, not sure if it's ended
