I picked up two from my local DSE store, I think it's a fair price.

Good deal, individually going for $16.95 delivered from iiBuy. 2 for $29 is good, if you need both.

  • good effort from poster but really, there's no point.

I'd prefer 2x8GB. So there is a point.

    • I was tempted to get http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/39044

But when I thought about it, I want to use one as a boot device and the other for transferring files between computers quickly

Although the 16gb is cheaper, the 2x 8gb's worked out more practical.

      But thanks for the info!

As cyssero posted, the cheapest 8GB cruzer blade on static ice is $16.95.

If you're looking for 16GB than your information is good, but I would prefer two 8GB drives. For example I have a bootable 4GB stick that contains Windows 7 (As my PC doesn't have a cd-rom). I can lend one of these 8GB drives to a friend, and not worry as I have another 8GB should I need it.

    • Yes. Agree. BUT if you do not mind the slow speed of those sandisk drives

When I last went there they also had two 4GB Cruzer Blades for $15.

    Last week I bought 2 16GB Cruzer's for $25 from this shop:
    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/GENUINE-NEW-SanDisk-16GB-Cruzer-Bladeā€¦

I know ebay aren't considered bargains by many people, but it's an oz shop and I got it within a few days no probs.

    • It's $50 for two, not $25 for two.

  • not bad deal, but I got one cheaper from eBay together with my HDMI cables. Nego with them today and got $24 for Sandisk Blade 16GB delivered.

  • Gah! I bought three of these in Jan at $20 each, I needed them on a whim… :\
