  • Does your store also stock Anker Power Banks?

    • Hi Richard, unfortunately not at the moment.
      We only sell ANKER speakers and the Soundbud headphones for now.

        Hi Richard

        You can call him Dick, he's a big Anker fan.

      • +1

        OP I suggest you add NSW or SYD in the title.

    Where is the link to the deal.

    You posted a link to facebook.

  • -3

    How come only 2 people like your facebook page?

    Is that why you came here to post the link?

    • Come on jv everyone does.
      Let's focus on the deal, I think these gadgets from Anker are a bit overpriced if compared with similar products, what do you think?

      • -3

        Let's focus on the deal

        • facebook page
        • 2 likes
        • no address
        • no ABN
        • gmail email address…

        sure, lets focus on the deal…

        • +1

          If I just started a new business, I would do the same.
          Also consider that to rent an expensive shop in Westfield Parramatta you must show some credentials.
          No web site, of course it's just a new business.
          So what about the quality of the speakers?

        • -1

          @dealhunt:

          If I just started a new business, I would do the same.

          I'd get a website domain first, before someone else took the name

        • +1

          @dealhunt:

          Pretty sure he/she's rented a small cube rather than a small shop

        • @jv: I believe the OP will take this as a good suggestion that is why when people open a new business they advertise here and on Facebook.
          So what about the speakers?

        • -1

          @dealhunt:

          So what about the speakers?

          Dunno, I wouldn't risk buying from some unknown person of facebook with only 2 likes and no reviews, as with ebay…

        • @urbancartel: Why do you tell non sense without even visiting the shop?
          Check the video on Facebook it shows the SHOP, I think it's at least 30sqm!

        • @dealhunt:

          Ha! Are you for real? All those little cubes and boxes are rented by different people - OP is selling from just that teeny weeny little box with the speakers that they walk to the back of the shop to show. Not negging the OP, he's having a crack so good on him/her

          Personally I love these speakers, i've got the Soundcore model which I paid $30.95 from Amazon AU

          @jv:

          Thanks for your suggestions everyone, I do have an ABN and it is a physical store, you will be given an invoice for your purchase which entitles you to 18months local warranty. I have updated facebook with an address and opening hours.

        • -1

          @GadgetCube:

          I do have an ABN

          Nothing appears to be registered with an ABN for 'GadgetCube' nor has a business name being registered under 'GadgetCube'…

        • @urbancartel:
          Yes,you are correct, I'm renting out a Cube to sell my products. It is a fast and low risk way of doing it. I already sell these products on Amazon and Ebay. They are very popular, however, I notice that no one is selling them at the physical retailers, so I want to fill the void.

        • @GadgetCube:

          Nothing wrong with that mate - best of luck with it all ;)

        • @urbancartel:
          Thanks you Urbancartel

        • @urbancartel: In here you just show a nick name and no one knows you yet you insist it's a cube, what I see from the video is a regular shop like you can see from every shopping centres, maybe you pretend people rent 3 floors like Myers do and pays employees nuts?
          You got a $100,000 car do you?

        • @dealhunt:

          Settle down there - OP has confirmed it's a cube https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/393538#comment-6201846 (I even provided you a link to the business which is called My Cube) they aggregate possibly 50 or 100 small vendors into the 1 shopfront and offer them cubes to rent - OP's business is called 'Gadget Cube' & is within the store 'My Cube' Do you get it now ?? & i've stated there's nothing wrong with that and I wished the OP the best, I was merely responding to your delusional comment that they've rented out the whole store

          And what's my Ferrari got to do with anything?

        • -3

          @urbancartel: I was merely responding to your delusional comment that they've rented out the whole store
          Delusional? Whole store?
          Dude what are you talking about? Maybe your Ferrari is out of petrol! LOL

        • @dealhunt:

          So you still think everything in that video is the OP's - serious?

          You're pulling my leg aren't you?

          FROM THE OP
          "Yes,you are correct, I'm renting out a Cube to sell my products"

      we only just started, its a new facebook page.
      We are doing 20% off launch. The deal is for in store purchase.

        we only just started, its a new facebook page.

        not everybody uses facebook…

        • +3

          not everybody uses facebook…

          Correct. Not everyone uses FB, so you're aware there's such a thing as new users. Yet you complain that a new FB page has so few likes. Are you obtuse?

        • -1

          @Strand0410:

          Yet you complain that a new FB page has so few likes.

          Nope, the issue is with the risk of buying from someone without a good track record…

          If you buy stuff from ebay from people without a good history, then go for it… I wouldn't.

        • +3

          @jv: this dude is not selling it online, his online credentials doesn’t really matter. He is obviously selling this in a physical store, you can even see the video of a physical store in Westfield parramatta. Good on him for starting a new business and providing opportunities for people to try out and feel for these popular speakers that seems to have pretty good reviews and solid local warranty. All the best to gadget cube

        • @ab0m1nat10n:

          I wouldn’t call that a physical store.

          Good luck claiming warranty when the pod disappears

        • @jv:
          As with any savvy shopper, your concerns are very valid jv. However, rest assured, we are here to stay, we have to sign a long term lease just like any other shops and on top of that you are also covered by the manufacturer's international warranty.

        • @GadgetCube: you are also covered by the manufacturer's international warranty
          Which means post to US or where else? With the Australia Post theft like rates? No batteries allowed??

        • @dealhunt:
          That's why I'm offering 18 months local warranty. What I'm trying to say is that if jv thinks I'm going to disappear, there is always the Manufacture warranty as back up. But I'm not going anywhere. We are here to stay, we have physical presence.

        • @GadgetCube: So where is the nearest Anker authorised distributor to Australia?
          I guess you get the stuff from them?

        • @dealhunt:
          Hi There, we purchase directly from the manufacture.

        • @GadgetCube: You seem to intentionally avoid my question which is about Anker warranty.
          Anker has regional official distributors where clients can ask for support so if we want official Anker warranty, what office can we go? US, Japan, you name it.

        • +1

          @dealhunt:
          Hi Dealhunt, my apologies,if you qant official warranty you will go to Anker usa, but we offer local warranty on top of Anker warranty. Anker does not offer local warranty here.

        • @GadgetCube: Thanks for clarification, I knew that Anker has no local warranty as well as I know that you offer local warranty.

        • @dealhunt:
          Your welcome, you just need to email or call anker support, and show them a video of your problem and they usually will send you a new unit if it is with the warranty period but it will be shipped from overseas.. so have to wait for a qhile… but with us, we just give you a new one from local stock.
